Last month we were in a car accident on our way through Nebraska where our car was totaled by a deer. We were towed up to 4th Street a few blocks away from Thrifty. I was able to work with Chris and in a few hours we walked away with a new car. The experience alone was very positive in the circumstances, but it goes further. Chris and I have had to work over the last month to figure out how to get the car Titled in Michigan (which has been a big mess on the DMV side). Chris has been amazing through this whole process and truly sets the example for the warm and loving MidWest! Thank you for everything and I hope many people work with them in the future!
